After being logged into our database, equipment is sent via conveyor through one of several process lines for test and diagnosis. Trained technicians inspect, cosmetically grade and functionally test each system. Systems that fail test are directed to the repair area.

Newmarket repairs failing units when it is economically justified. PC equipment that is not repairable will have usable parts harvested. Examples include hard drives, CPU motherboards and LCD panels.

Newmarket maintains an extensive inventory of spare parts for internal use and to supply customers who service the Break/Fix, In-Warranty and Out-of-Warranty market segments.
