Incident Reporting

In an effort to better serve our TASO members, UIL member schools and the student athletes of Texas, TASO and the UIL have agreed to one Incident Report for UIL contests. Copies of the incident report will automatically be sent to both the UIL and TASO.  If you need to file an Incident Report on a UIL contest please use this link. You will be directed to the UIL website to fill out this report.

Some of our members have asked about the option to register with the UIL when you go to the Incident Reporting Site.  Please understand that “registering” with the UIL is not required to complete the Incident Report.

If you need to file an Incident Report on a TAPPS contest please continue to use the TASO website to fill out a TAPPS Incident Report.
